- Abstract
In view of the problems existing in the collaborative operation of the "double-qualified" teacher community in vocational colleges, such as the different interests of the main body of the community, the temporary nature of the community, and the imperfect community system, this paper puts forward the construction path of the "double-qualified" teacher community from the perspective of diversified education, in order to provide a model for vocational education teachers. By building the "double-qualified" teacher community platform, creating the school-enterprise mixed "double- qualified" teacher community, constructing the school enterprise integrated professional curriculum system, and establishing the operation mechanism of the "double-qualified" teacher community, it aims to build a community of shared destiny for "double-qualified" teachers with two-way circulation between schools and enterprises, and has been promoted and applied in the construction of high-level professional groups, with remarkable construction results. Practice has proved that the construction of "double-qualified" teacher community of shared destiny is conducive to promoting the construction of vocational education teacher team and improving the teaching level of vocational education.
