- Abstract
The experiment explored the influence of adding fulvic acid in diet on reproductive performance of female mink and disease resistance of weaned mink. 120 female minks were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with three replicates in each group and 20 female minks in each replicate. The minks in control group were fed with basis diet, and the experimental group added 0.3% fulvic acid in basis diet, and the minks were fed for 180 d. 120 weaned male minks were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with four replicates in each group and 15 weaned male minks in each replicate. The experimental group was also supplemented with 0.3% fulvic acid in basis diet, and the minks were fed for 90 d. The results showed that adding 0.3% fulvic acid in basic diet of female minks during the breeding period could significantly increase the birth rate and survival rate of female minks (P<0.05), and significantly increased the survival rate, serum total protein, albumin and globulin content of weaning mink (P<0.05). The experiment indicates that adding 0.3% fulvic acid in diet of minks can enhance the disease resistance of minks and reduce the incidence of diarrhea in the growing period.
