- Authors
Whitney, Douglas E.; Palmer, Gregory G.; Boch, Matthew C.
- Abstract
The article discusses tax-efficient practices in the conduct of international business which the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has identified for enhanced enforcement efforts. It states these business practices include foreign tax credits, hybrid instrument transactions and repatriations of foreign earnings.
