- Abstract
Nowadays, measuring customer satisfaction is an important part of any organization that is in the market. Measuring customer satisfaction provides valuable information about their experiences, expectations and preferences. By measuring customer satisfaction, an organization can gain important information on how to improve its position in the market. Satisfied customers are important to an organisation because they are likely to become loyal customers. Customer loyalty supports the growth and profit of the organisation. To achieve high customer satisfaction, it is important for an organization to have information about quality requirements and to define customer satisfaction traits. It is important for the organization to measure and monitor customer satisfaction. For this purpose, it needs to apply an effective method or methods of satisfaction evaluation.
