- Abstract
Studies show that investment in training for employees brings benefits to the organization such as increased productivity and quality of the product or service delivered. On the other hand, the necessary investment has been increasing due to the direct and indirect costs related to the capacities carried out. Thus, the present study was based on the need to increase the number of qualifications of employees within a large organization, thus seeking a way to meet this high demand, with intense reduction of costs and, at the same time, their quality. The method developed is characterized by the use of Dynamic Training and Competence Management concepts, in order to contribute to the organization's strategies and needs in meeting the skills gaps. Finally, there was a 36% reduction in the average cost of training, attending to the high demand of the same through a 164% increase in the amount of training and, at the same time, guaranteeing quality.
