This article discusses a cluster of three cases of Cydnidae pigmentation (CP) within a family. CP is a condition caused by burrowing bugs that results in asymptomatic pigmented macules on the skin. The article describes the clinico-dermoscopic features of the cases, including the appearance of the lesions and the dermoscopic examination findings. It also provides information on the species of bug responsible for CP and the potential causes of the pigmentation.
