- Title
The Failed Atheism of Jean‐Paul Sartre.
- Abstract
The author comments on the materialistic atheism perspective of French philosopher Jean-Paul Sartre wherein the human being, like all material reality, exists only by chance rather than by God's design. Topics include the suppression of good and evil as the consequence of atheism, Sartre's description of his morality, and the author's argument that Sartre's theological anthropology is based not only on God's absence but on his theological belief that humanity bears the sacred image of God.
