The article focuses on the truthfulness of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance (FISA) Act 2008 in the U.S. It inquires whether the said act has protection Americans through monitoring international communications. It mentions that the said law has been signed by former President George W. Bush on July 10, 2008 which monitors the communication of terrorists abroad.
