This contribution discusses how violence in educational settings can be characterised as injustice from the perspective of educational sciences. Three theses are presented which aim to dicuss the meaning that the ostracism of violence has for the positioning of educational sciences. Attention is drawn to the experience of those who suffered from sexual violence.
