- Abstract
Since 2003 the Service Department of Petrobras i* has been working in personal transformation as a leverage for organizational transformation. A leadership Program, TEA (Transformation and Evolutionary Learning) was created as part of a cultural change plan lead by a change management staff: SOL (Services for Organizational Leadership) . The TEA program was internally designed by SOL with the goal of increasing self and social awareness to improve individual, team and organizational performance. The program succeeded in creating a community of conscious leaders and change agents that continually worked and established a new culture among the Service Department.
