- Abstract
The article discusses aspects of molecular blockade of angiogenic factors. The authors provide an overview about the abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB), which is one of the most common gynecological symptoms among adolescent and peri-menopausal age group. They talk about the role of physiological angionesis in the degeneration and regeneration of endometrium of female reproductive cycle. They refer the factors as a therapeutic tool for the treatment of AUB but needs to explore the risk-benefit ratio and cost and availability issues.
