- Authors
Harding, Jack
- Abstract
The article discusses the European court case Moré v KLM Royal Dutch Airlines wherein passenger Moré sued the airline for fixed compensation under the Warsaw and Montreal Conventions. It states that Moré's flight due to depart on December 20, 2005 was cancelled and that he filed the lawsuit in February 2009. The European Court of Justice reportedly ruled in favor of Moré as there is no time-limit for claims. It also explores the ruling's implications to England and Wales.
