The article presents a case study of a five-year-old child who has a clinical history of dysuria, urinary incontinence and urinary tract infections where prolapsed vaginal ureterocele is considered the cause of the urinary leakage, recommends vaginoscopy or cytoscopy for accurate diagnosis.
