- Abstract
An essay is presented on the changes in the judicial opinions of the U.S. Supreme Court on the Eighth Amendment jurisprudence in reference to the court cases Graham v. Florida and Miller v. Alabama. Topics discussed include juvenile sentencing laws for the life without parole (LWOP), sentences for the juveniles committing non-homicide offenses and role of lawyers in misconstructing the court case Graham v. Miller. It mentions about the prohibition of LWOP sentences for non-homicide crimes.
