- Abstract
The article focuses on the teaching of environmental law and need to prepare students for the complex statutory and regulatory models for most environmental regulation. Topics discussed include environmental regulatory programs constantly evolve through a complex interaction of legislative amendment, administrative rulemaking, and judicial review, Environmental Law Skills course at Pace Law School for study of the Clean Water Act (CWA) and positive learning outcomes.
