- Abstract
Computed tomography angiography revealed that the left anterior descending coronary artery was tortuous and thickened, with irregular ectasia at the terminal into the ventricular septum to form dissection, with aneurysm distally ruptured into the right ventricle ( I Panels D i ). A 10-year-old girl was hospitalized with chief complaint of intermittent chest pain for 1 year followed by 5 months of exacerbation.
