- Abstract
The article focuses on the educational benefits in colleges of racial diversity approved by the U.S. Supreme Court. Topics include standard that the Court has laid down for race-conscious admissions programs, Judgment and Decision Making (JDM) literature on holistic and disaggregated decision-making, and how literature can guide the courts in applying the standard of review laid down by the U.S. Supreme Court.
