- Abstract
The article discusses the development in international government policies that impact the economic and social well-being of indigenous people in Kenya. Topics mentioned include the impacts of land and resource tenure insecurity, poor service delivery and discrimination among indigenous people, the lack of equal opportunities of indigenous women on education and poverty and the Kenyan Constitution of a progressive Bill of Rights on protection of minorities and marginalized groups.
