- Abstract
The article focuses on the legal framework of human rights and impact of its implementation on United Nations (UN) peace operations after conflicts. Topics discussed include laws for governing the post conflict phase called jus post bellum, laws of the existing government bodies before and during the war conditions such as jus ad bellum and jus in bello, and relationship of jus post bellum with the origin of just war theory.
