- Abstract
The article discusses the role of neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) in Papillon-Lefevre syndrome (PLS), a rare autosomal recessive disease characterized by erythematous palmoplantar hyperkeratosis. It mentions investigation of neutrophils from a clinically diagnosed PLS patient. It further reveals that that neutrophils from a PLS patient are capable of releasing NETs.
