The article focuses on predictive coding, a court-endorsed process that combines people, technology and workflow to find key documents quickly, irrespective of keyword, and suggests that trial courts should adopt this technology in light of increasing litigation cost of handling electronically stored information (ESI). It describes the role of predictive coding in promoting the objectives of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure of the U.S.
