- Abstract
The article explores the case of a 50-year-old man who was diagnosed with Waldenstrom Macroglobulinemia (WM), who first presented with a progressive fatigue for 3 months, hemoglobin of 3 grams per deciliter (g/dl) and platelet count of 10,000 per cubic millimeter. The patient was started on cyclophosphamide, vincristine and prednisolone and on day two the patient's calcium, phosphate and uric acid levels were estimated.
