- Abstract
This article presents an abstract of the research paper "Leukoencephalopathy With Vanishing White Matter in Three Sisters," which was discussed in the 13th Conference of the Polish Association of Neuropathologist. Leukoencephalopathy with vanishing white matter or childhood ataxia with the central nervous system hypomyelination is the inherited autosomal recessive disease determined by mutations in the only one of five genes encoding subunits of the eucariotic translation initiation factor complex.
