- Abstract
The article discusses the jurisprudence of U.S. Judge Richard Posner in relation to justiciability for U.S. federal courts. Topics include his views on Article III of the U.S. Constitution, the notion of standing in relation to U.S. Supreme Court rulings, and U.S. Supreme Court rulings related to the Establishment Clause of the U.S. Constitution. The notion of a political question doctrine is addressed.
