- Abstract
The article discusses how the Internet of Things (IoT) allows organizations to monitor the location of their employees as well as their physical assets. It notes that an organization that does not notify employees about workplace surveillance would find it easier to violate employee privacy. It adds that demographic and organizational factors can influence IoT ethical perceptions and use.
