- Abstract
In this article, the author discusses the application of Roger Cooke method of expert elicitation which weighs the opinion of expert based on innate knowledge and judgment on environmental uncertainty in West Indies. He cites that the method can tackle small specifics of question, identify knowledge gaps, and expose opinion disparity. Moreover, he states that the Cooke method is the most effective strategy which can be applied on medicine, fishery, and climate.
