Research on Load-bearing Capacity of Front and Rear Axles of Loaders.
- Abstract
As the key load-bearing parts of the loader, the reliability level of the front and rear axles has always been one of the key concerns of the loader manufacturers and customers. Reasonable determination of the loadbearing capacity of the front and rear axles of the loader is of great significance to the reliability design of the front and rear axles. The front and rear axles of the loader mainly bear the axle load, the torque of driving the tyre rotation and the braking torque of stopping the tire rotation, and the load value depends on the working conditions and technical state of the loader. In order to determine the load-bearing capacity of the front and rear axles of the loader, the load spectrum of the front and rear axles of the loader under specific working conditions can be tested to obtain relevant data. However, the load spectrum test requires certain test resources, and in practice, it is not easy to obtain the load spectrum data of the extremely heavy load conditions. Therefore, it is a feasible method to analyze the typical working conditions and technical state of the loader and to calculate the maximum load on the front and rear axles to determine the bearing capacity of the front and rear axles of the loader.
