- Abstract
Key clinical message: Primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) remains a therapeutic challenge due to impaired drugs diffusion as a result of the blood‐brain barrier and high risk of relapse. Patients with good performance status, chemo‐sensitive disease, and eligible for autologous stem cell transplant (ASCT) may benefit from salvage therapy and therapeutic intensification that may allow long‐term remission.
