- Abstract
The article focuses on experiments done to determine maltodextrin carbohydrate content in pharmaceutical and food products. The article gives a description on maltodextrin carbohydrate along with experimental conditions. Pulsed amperometric detection technique for the analysis of carbohydrates has been used for a number of years. But, one factor limiting this technique was the ability to reproducibly detect complex carbohydrates with a high degree of polymerization. It was concluded that a qualitative, analytically precise method has been developed for determination of maltrodextrin using pulsed amperometric detector technique.
