- Title
Experimental studies for attracting antibody-secreting cells into the CNS to control neurotropic viral infections.

- Abstract
The article presents a study on the humoral immune response of the central nervous system, such as the antibody secreting cells (ASCs). The study used mice immunized against pseudorabies virus (PRV) to examine CNS and lymphoid organ immune responses. It used intracerebral (IC) chemokine injection to investigate the use of chemokine as ASC inducer. It concludes that IC immunization stimulates more immune responses by attracting ASCs to the CNS.
