- Abstract
In recent years, instead of negative psychological studies, emphasis has been placed on the positive development of human resources and strengthening the positive and positive aspects of human resources. The purpose of this research is to examine the relationships between psychological capital, emotional labor and job performance. Data was collected from 261 bank employees via a survey through convenience sampling. According to the research findings, only self-efficacy affects job performance positively and significantly among the psychological capital dimensions. It has been revealed that psychological capital dimensions do not significantly affect the superficial roleplaying behavior of emotional labor, that dimensions of optimism and hope from psychological capital dimensions have a positive role in playing in-depth role, and optimism and self-efficacy dimensions from psychological capital dimensions affect intimate behavior positively. In addition, it has been observed that acting deeply in the emotional labor dimensions and sincere behavior positively affect the performance of the business, while it has been observed that playing a superficial role has no relation with the performance of the business.
