- Abstract
The article provides information on the development of a student-as-teacher elective course at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine designed to improve teaching skills in Year Four medical students. Particular attention is given to the influence of adult learning theory principles and Blooms' taxonomy on the learner-driven and learner-centered course.
