- Abstract
An editorial is presented on special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). It mentions sustained critique of what has happened in terms of implementation of policy in the five years since the Children and Families Act was passed in Great Britain in 2014. It argued that a report by House of Commons Education Committee reflects a pre-emptive attempt to forestall any weakening of the duties contained within the reforms.
