- Abstract
The article discusses a study that examined the occurrence and prevalence of gastrointestinal parasites in zoo animals at the Rangpur Recreation Garden and Zoo in Bangladesh. Topics discussed include the preservation of rare and endangered species as part of species conservation, higher prevalence of gastrointestinal parasites in female deer and majority of carnivores found positive for gastrointestinal parasites.
