The article presents a case of a 49-year-old woman with recurrent bilateral ptosis. According to it, the woman had a history of multiple eyelid surgeries such as bilateral levator advancement, lower eyelid external tarsoaponeurectomies, and multiple revisions for each of the surgeries. On examination of the patient, it says that there was moderate inferior superficial punctuate staining of the right cornea but no pigmentary retinopathy.
