- Abstract
The authors reflect on the utilization of equivalency testing in evaluating the ecological significance of statistical hypothesis testing framework and assessing population trends among species . He explores the use of null hypothesis that plays an essential role in the equivalency testing approach introduced by P. M. Dixon and J. H. K. Pechman. The author contends that statistical methods can be used in assessing changes in population size among species.
