- Abstract
The article reports the decision of the U.S. Federal Circuit in the court case MacLean v. Department of Homeland Security concerning the measures taken to ensure national safety. Topics discussed include introduction of the Aviation and Transportation Safety Act and the Whistleblower Protection Act (WPA); laws preventing the citizen's acts of leaking classified information; and the court's legislative directives and statutes for WPA.
