- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a nine-year-old female child brought in for clinical examination for a birth deformity of her ear lobe, which was diagnosed as congenital longitudinal earlobe cleft. A triangular rotation advancement flap (TRAF) was designed to repair and correct the lobule width and provide natural shape of the caudal border of lobule.
