- Abstract
The authors discuss aspects of advance care planning in Tasmania. They mention a current global conversation on death and the process of dying despite of academic, clinical and public policy activity by experts in palliative care including artists, writers and health administrators. They also note the struggles of clinicians with treatment abatement decisions and issues associated to the inducement and obligation for death.
