The article discusses court cases related to press freedom and right to privacy. Topics discussed include the case between JC and the Central Criminal Court on identifying alleged criminals aged under 18 years in relation to the Children and Young Persons Act 1933, the case between NAB and Serco Limited on disclosure of a corporate document to the newspaper the "Guardian," and the case between Deana Uppal and Endemol on the offensive broadcast of her in the show "Big Brother."
