- Abstract
The article focuses on new miospore species found in Upper Devonian surface of Iberian Pyrite Belt in southwest Spain. It is said that this species was first called was Ancyrospora? implicata to embrace trilete pseudosaccate miospores bearing an exoexine equatorially sculptured with discrete conus- and spine-like projections having mostly truncate and bifurcate distal termini. But it was found that such name was preoccupied and Ancroyspora? andevalensis is being proposed as a replacement.
