- Abstract
The article explores the key ideas of singularity, contingency and poiesis in understanding Japanese philosopher Kiyoshi Miki's philosophical anthropology. It discusses Miki's unfinished project, "Philosophical Anthropology"; Miki's shift from the philosophy of history to the philosophy of technology and imagination; and emphasizes the significance of singularity ethics in contemporary science and the global crisis.
