- Abstract
The article offers information on the importance of efficient peer reporting system to companies in the U.S. The authors believed that the creation of peer reporting system is beneficial to companies because they can prevent fraudulent activities, dishonest customer interactions and unethical utilization of corporate assets. They also mention that the system can also lead to collusion, wherein some workers agree to do fraudulent activities and cover each other. Moreover, ways on how to create an ethical working environment are also mentioned.
