- Abstract
The article recommends that teachers memorize the names of their students in order to improve classroom management. It is said that knowing students' names will be beneficial when providing feedback, addressing inappropriate behavior and developing a positive environment. Another benefit will be building rapport with the parents of their students. When talking to a student, the author advises teachers to say the student's name first before citing their thought or instruction.
