The article presents the author's experience of working as the president of nonprofit organization Music Teachers National Association (MTNA). Topics include the achievements of the organization being an improvement in its marketing, increase in the attendees for its webinars, and a growth seen in its international presence, and the challenges faced by them being decline in membership and teacher participation.
