- Title
OBSERVATIONS ON EXPERT AGGREGATION.
- Authors
Morris, Peter A.
- Abstract
Commentary is provided for a number of articles from the March 1986 issue of "Management Science," including "Calibration and the Aggregation of Probabilities," by Robert T. Clement, "Another Look at an Axiomatic Approach to Expert Resolution," by Dennis V. Lindley and "Comments on Some Axioms for Combining Expert Judgments," by Mark J. Schervish. Among the issues addressed, the author wished to clear up any misinterpretations of his earlier works. Also noted is the fact that the author wishes to stress the dependence between the decision maker and the expert in his earlier works.
