- Abstract
The article discusses decision of the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court on case Lubrizol Enterprises Inc. v. Richmond Metal Finishers Inc. for violating trademark licensee's rights. Topics discussed include limitations of the Intellectual Property Bankruptcy Protection Act in providing security to trademark licensees, difference in the means of protecting trademark licensees and judicial opinion of the Supreme Court on the involvement of trademark licensees rights in bankruptcy.
