- Abstract
The article discusses the implications in loss of life and damage to property and infrastructure in Atlantic hurricanes. Topics include the contribution of greenhouse gas-induced warming to centennial scale, to changes in the frequency of major hurricanes in the North Atlantic; and aerosol-induced internal climate variability studied the historical changes and developed a method of homogenizing damage to property and infrastructure.
