- Abstract
The article discusses the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) report and commitments of European Union (EU). Topics include IPCC illustrates different scenarios that may arise if the increase in the Earth's average temperature is not limited to 1.5 degree Celsius; the EU and its Commission must be acknowledged for continuing to honor the Agreements signed in Paris; and EU should increase the production of renewable energies not only in Europe but also in Africa.
