- Abstract
An essay is presented reflecting the future of marriage equality under the U.S. Court of Appeals for the decision of Ninth Circuit in Perry v. Brown case. It presents a legislative process in which states have hammered out state-specific solutions to all the questions regarding balance between marriage equality and religious liberty. It states that court would allow California and other states to contribute to the minimalism with the upholding of Ninth Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals.
